8th Convocation (Faisalabad) is planned to be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at SERENA Hotel, Club Road, Faisalabad. For this, invitation letters are being dispatched to all registered graduates of Faisalabad event.

Important Instructions
- Entry into the venue is restricted to card holder only and one card is valid for one person only. Please do not bring your children
- Travel, lodging and boarding costs are to be borne by you
- Dress should be Semi-formal or business casual
- Please bring your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) along with one photocopy
- Ensure that your guest also bring his/her original CNIC
- Gown/Hat/Hood shall be available on rental basis i.e. Rs. 200/- and on submission of refundable security. Rs. 1000/-
- Professional photographer(s) have been arranged; if you avail their services, please be aware that the cost of these pictures will be borne by the student
- Due to security reasons, mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
